Mr. Roper Memorial Dog Park
A front field for sniffing, wandering and off-leash time with your own dogs.
For Roper
Mr. Roper spent the first half of his life on a farm in Prince George with a loving family. He was a therapy dog at a seniors lodge and a helper at “Donkey Time Ranch”.
He came to the resort at seven when his family had to downsize. Roper, Ropee, Ropey-Poo: he answered to them all. He loved doggy daycare, chicken chores and playing with Norelle and Gillian.
Gentle and trustworthy with baby chickens, bunnies and visiting pups, he died in May 2021 at 14. He loved nothing more than to sniff and wander in the front field.
“The park is dedicated to Mr. Roper. We hope that other pet pawrents will have as much fun and enjoyment with their pet on our farm as we do with our pets.”
